Cancellation Policy

At Restorative Healing Therapies of Tampa Bay, we deeply respect your time and commitment to your health. Because your sessions are tailored specifically to your wellness journey and involve dedicated preparation, we guide our booking and cancellation procedures by the following policies: 1. The 24-Hour Cancellation Policy We completely understand that life happens and schedules shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with no penalty, and any deposits paid will be fully credited to your next session or refunded. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance: Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to $10 charge, less than 1 hour cancellation $20 charge of the scheduled service cost (or will forfeit that session if it is part of a pre-paid package). 2. Late Arrivals Your appointment time is reserved entirely for you. If you are running late, please send a quick text to let us know. We will always do our best to give you your full session; however, to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or require a reschedule, subject to the late cancellation fee. 3. Special Detox & Cleansing Protocols For specialized programs that require advanced preparation—such as structured juice cleanses, custom nutritional coaching tracks, or specific detoxification setups—separate preparation guidelines and non-refundable deposit terms may apply. These details will be clearly provided to you upon booking your specific program. 4.
